Did everything as instructed, went to transfer, sat for 20 minutes watching it "transfer" only to finish, it "confirms" the tracks are now on my phone except they're not. There's nothing in the folder it created or any other folder. I even tried setting my own folder, sat another 20 minutes, same result. Claims it's transferred, nothing there. What a joke. Website is useless too. Save yourself time & trouble and use a different app!!
A little complicated but eventually got it to work with the app on my pc then downloading the music app because Google Play Music no longer exists. Biggest problem is unsubscribing. Nothing I can find leads me to unsubscribe. I sent multiple messages to unsubscribe but have heard nothing yet. I'm not interested in it for $34.95 a month or even 1 month. I uninstalled it. Finally got a reply that my subscription has been cancelled.
I think the new version is Synctunes Ultimate versus just Synctunes...both loaded on android and have worked well enough compared to no alternatives. Does take a bit long to sync 3000 titles, but has sped up on S20 using USB C versus 2. To turn off, make sure to select Exit in the menu. I've not had any problems with battery drain. Still amazed that crApple doesn't have iTunes across platforms.
