2024-11-14 | Lee Roberts | The app is great, the scooters are great, even parking is fine. However, the no-riding zones are drawn so badly that they become dangerous: there is no way to report this other than at the end of a ride, and these reports seem to do nothing. A new no-riding zone has almost caused several accidents because it extends onto a bridge: forcing the scooter to stop in front of moving traffic. Whoever drew the zone clearly did not follow any safety checks, and they should be liable as a result. | |
2024-11-12 | Chris | Awful Customer Service. They send emails about incorrect parking and when you prove that you haven't they apologise but when it keeps happening it gets tiring. On top of that some journeys for no reason stop halfway through which cost money which Voi won't take into account. Some scooters aren't safe with dodgy steering, indicators that don't work.. it seems it's up to us the users to monitor their equipment. I'm deleting the app. Don't waste your time or money. | |

How am I meant to plan if it's impossible to know what area you cover. Edit: So I had to enable developer options, download a GPS spoofing app, enable that in developer options, set my GPS to Liverpool and only then could I see the area, which falls short of where I need to go, so useless to me. | |

Either it tells me there is no parking spot where it's a designated parking for bicycles or it tells me the spot where I need to go is full. Mucking around with parking at the end doubles the time and the fare, it feels like a total scam. It's too expensive and impractical for long distance, now it's useless and infuriating on short trips. Among worst experiences I had with a company. | |

Promised credits to my partner to fill out a survey then refused to honour it. The guy fobbed her off until he finished his shift then just disappears from the chat. Use a different company if you can. | |

Support will deny any refund, even if justified and the vehicle didn't even move. In my case the kickstand wouldn't stay up. Unacceptable business practice. | |
2024-10-11 | Joanna Wojtalik | still 1 star, due to the fact that they have a no riding zone at Ryen, for some weird reason? tried to get a scooter from the bus stop to the office, to comfortably be able to get there, but no, paid for the ride, got on the scooter, 15 seconds later a beep, and it stopped completely, flashing a "NO RIDING" zone. 🥴 edit: after voi's reply, I wish I could give 0 stars 😊👍 | |
2024-10-07 | bla | I downloaded the app, signed up, gave my correct phone number, and had to receive a code as verification. Unfortunately nothing happened. Can't say it works... I can't even get myself registered with them... Such a pity. | |
2024-10-05 | Mark Tinsley | Zero customer service what so ever!! The sooner faceless companies are no longer allowed the better. Few years ago you could very easily call customer support. No longer possible. Also believe the ability to check a scooter battery level from the map screen so I can walk to get one with adequate battery is no longer a function of the app. Absolutely awful | |
2024-10-02 | Jolg | Their no-ride zones are absolutely huge and random, the app is too slow to update your GPS so suddenly you're 700metres in a no-ride and your scooter shuts off and also doesnt let you park it, making getting it back into a valid zone your problem. Just take the bus! |
