I have been trying to change my address for over a month. After sending in a picture of my driver's license to verify my new address, it took a week to be told a divers license isn't a government document. Card account details have been removed until I get a new card which I can't get until I change my address. Update: Monolith are now ignoring my messages. Over 8 weeks without a reply. No explanation.

ETH is stuck in the contract side of the app, can't send it out before I add more eth to the wallet. Ridiculous! Especially since this app isn't updated and has no layer2 capabilities, whatsoever. Devs gave up on their project, and don't move along with the future of Ethereum. I need to spend more ETH for gas just to get my stuck ETH out. "Send ETH to any Ethereum address", yeah right 😞 except for between addresses inside of their useless wallet. Avoid at all costs!

I love everything about this service, not a problem using the card, very handy to have access to my crypto assets this way. Love the designs and illustrations, colour scheme especially.
