In the app it's blocked. Why no option to turn off anc? Ps. After two weeks have to change to one star. Headphoens sometimes would discharge them is the case. Discharging the case itself . And app doesnt show the charge of the case. Checked online. People have same issues. Why you don't provide a clear indication of case charge. |

I also suggest giving us brief mini tutorials on how to adjust the advanced EQ frequency nodes. This adds value to us customers who have purchased your product. Additionally, could you also kindly show us the case battery percentage as it can then inform us to make efficient charging schedules. Best wishes! |
| 2024-01-03 |  | | Just bought the Gemini 2's. My Bowers and Wilkins pi72's were/are awesome,,, BUT, and that's a BIG butt...the battery on one bud dies way faster than the other. So I bought these as a replacement for them, and I am HAPPY. Love the bass, clarity, and the transparency mode is fantastic. These are great so far....I would definitely recommend. |
| 2023-12-18 |  | | I love my Devialet Gemini (I got the 1st Gen), its noise cancelling feature is top notch and the sound output is awesome. However, lately I have been getting some issues where it seems that the app always detects that my Devialet Gemini's battery is 0% after only like 5-10 minutes of use (I restarted it and still have 50+ % which is weird). The CS said that it is a software issue and I need to wait for the next update. I hope that you fix this issue, considering how much the earbuds cost. Thx! |
