Hello. Can you please explain why volume control is blocked to double tap. Doesn't make any sense and frustrating. You say in the manual it can be changed. In the app it's blocked. Why no option to turn off anc? Ps. After two weeks have to change to one star. Headphoens sometimes would discharge them is the case. Discharging the case itself . And app doesnt show the charge of the case. Checked online. People have same issues. Why you don't provide a clear indication of case charge.

Sergei, 2024-12-10the sound that comes through is fantastic. I love listening to all forms of music, and I use them for podcasts, zoom calls, everything. They are significantly more expensive than most earbuds. They do cut out fairly frequently for unknown reasons.
