2024-11-21 | Beverly Brooks | This app is NOT user friendly! The first time I used it, it have me the option to either purchase a set amount of time or select to start parking and end it if you don't know how long you'll be. So I selected that option, pressed Start and went on my way. When I was ready to leave there was no stop option. Later that evening I pulled up the app again and it asked me if I wanted to STOP parking! It charged me a full day at $56.00. The company refunded what I over paid. This is part 1 of my review | |

2024-07-21 | Tisha Lindstrom | I reserved a spot and paid for it and when we got to the lot at the start time we were turned away and had to pay for additional parking and was not able to get a refund on reserved parking. I highly recommend not using the reservation function of this app. I reached out to support and got a generic reply. Very disappointed. | |

The app works just good enough to take your money, especially the part where it won't let you add more parking time until after the fee increases. 'Refund' option doesn't even work on the app, and customer service call center is useless. Absolutely won't be using this app or Premium parking services again. | |

It recognizes that I have an account via Google, however, when I click on the account it does nothing. Tried uninstall and reinstall, still nothing. Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Miraculously, my last night I received no notifications and within 30 minutes if my time being up, they put a boot on my car. That cost as much as all my days using the service. First of all it defaults to 12 hours for parking at a beach access while we were on vacation at @ $160, I assuming this is intended to gather excessive fees from people based on my experience. When our time was up and we're in the process of backing up our belongings. I attempted to add another 1 hour on ensure we were ticketed for illegal parking. Only to fine out the minimum number of hours I could add was 3. Don't use and avoid! | |
2024-01-26 | Matt Perrone | Terrible app, awful website, even worse customer experience. If you have multiple cars, it decides which car it wants you to pay for even when you choose one. Then even after you pay, they give you a ticket and deny your appeal because they don't read. The UI is awful, loading times are bad, I really can't say anything good about it. Use other parking lots to avoid the drama they create for you. | |
2023-12-18 | Athena Depper | VERY poor UI. Took FOREVER to get signed up, and then when I finally did, was unable to extend my session after several attempts. Finally, I was able to do it, but only for 1 hour, even though I only needed an additional 10 minutes (so even 30 minute option would have been acceptable). Then, when requesting a receipt after the entire session was done, it only send me for the extended time, and I could not access the original time for that receipt. And their email bounces back undeliverable. |
