This app is NOT user friendly! The first time I used it, it have me the option to either purchase a set amount of time or select to start parking and end it if you don't know how long you'll be. So I selected that option, pressed Start and went on my way. When I was ready to leave there was no stop option. Later that evening I pulled up the app again and it asked me if I wanted to STOP parking! It charged me a full day at $56.00. The company refunded what I over paid. This is part 1 of my review

Update: Forgot password? Lots of luck. Reset email never received. Original review: I just used this app for the first time. Paid a nice piece of change for extended parking but after several requests they still haven't emailed me a receipt.

I reserved a spot and paid for it and when we got to the lot at the start time we were turned away and had to pay for additional parking and was not able to get a refund on reserved parking. I highly recommend not using the reservation function of this app. I reached out to support and got a generic reply. Very disappointed.
