Controls are simplistic, but what do you really need? So far the only big downside is making schedules. You have to set up each device individually. That is, you can't create a schedule for an entire room or group. So for instance, my kitchen light has 3 bulbs and to set up a common schedule I have to create a schedule for each bulb. It would be better if you could select multiple items when you create the schedule and then be able to add or remove individual items from existing schedules later

it only works well. If I completely close the app and then re open it, there are several things I would change and / or add. the 1st thing I would do is add a 12v dc low voltage light switch for things like RV lighting and maybe a switch device for 12v dc to light strip. Sonoff already makes said items. Maybe the app needs to be tweaked to work with sonoff.

While being able to control outlets from my phone is good. the reason I bought these smart plugs was to schedule on/off and it doesn't work. I can't figure out if it is the app or the plugs. Also online help is almost non-existent. I might have to return these items.
