Very poor software and costumer service, a bug makes the room heating despite being in away mode makes pay for expensive heating while on vacation. Trying to solve the issue only an "AI" bot is available (not really intelligent), not solving my problem at all and there's no way to get a real human response. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company if you can.

Asaf I, 2024-11-29Won't connect. Bridge can't find devices. App doesn't connect bridge/phone to the temporary WiFi network to complete set up. Devices won't work on a 5Ghz WiFi network. I've spent an hour of my time trying to get stuff to work. I started opening articles on the tado website about what to do if it doesn't connect... and then I lost interest. For the price, I was expecting better. Everything is going back. 🤷♂️

Dean Osborne, 2024-11-28The Tado system is horribly inaccurate. I have independent thermostats from multiple manufacturers. When I place them in a room and leave them for 8 hours, they are within .1 or .2 degrees of each other. I set the Tado offset based on the average. The next day, the Tado reading will be off by as much as 2 full degrees. What a waste of money. Every single room has an offset, and the rooms with the least amount of trouble are the ones where the radiator is the manual faucet.
