Shai, 2021-08-28לא יכול להיות יותר גרוע! מפשלים ולא לוקחים אחריות. הזמנו דרך האפ ב8 בערב בפרנגליקו וקבלנו אשור ומס.הזמנה. ב 10 התקשרנו למסעדה לבדוק למה לא מגיע, אמרו שלא קבלו את ההזמנה. המוקד בזאפ רסט לא עובד בשעות אלה ועונה אוטומטית "תמשיך את היום שלך ומחר יתקשרו אליך", אבל תדרג בבקשה, נהנית מהשירות?? התקשרתי לרובוט התחזיתי למסעדה והסתבר שיש נציג במוקד עבור המסעדות. בדק בפרנגליקו והציע לי להזמין שוב (ב 11, ולקבל בחצות!). לא לקח אחריות לא התנצל ולא הציע פיצוי. המשוב שלי הוא הפעולה האחרונה --מסיר את האפליקציה!
