More than 2 months ago I reported a problem that 2 tickets were validated instead of one. After the first 30 days the customer service prolonged the investigation with 30 more days. 2024-11-07 | Balázs Cseh | Unreliable. The QR code scanning dies when the internet connection or servers are down. Making it ultimately a huge stress factor and inferior to printed tickets. Validating new tickets when changing lines is confusing and also broken. I tried to scan a tram code after my bus ride and it did appear to work, but later a controller told me that my ticket has expired and sure enough, it didnt validate a new ticket, even though the app acted like it did.
