Finally blocks of 10 tickets available to buy digitally. GPS based boarding added. I'll test the latter on buses. For now upping my review to 5/5 stars
Most of the time the app works well and it's easy to use, but the customer service could be better. More than 2 months ago I reported a problem that 2 tickets were validated instead of one. After the first 30 days the customer service prolonged the investigation with 30 more days. No updates about the issue since then.
Purchased a ticket and planned a route. Followed the instructions on the app and scanned the ticket validation at entry point. The app verified that my ticket is valid. Ticket inspector said it was not and issued a fine. The app developer responded and told me to look at the small i. This feature does not work as per the developers instruction. EDIT: Developer advice is wrong. The app should be removed from the app store whilst it is incorrectly stating tickets are valid.
