You dun know there is an error or not, or long responding time. It works so well when back to previous page. I keep retrying, remain no response. Later you can't even picking a card to apply and the screen keep rendering "loading...". Bad experience and time wasting. Better use online banking instead of this stupid app. |
| 2024-07-28 |  | | logon this app is super frustrating. we use password manager, and other security apps that protect my phone, i never have problem with other apps. but this hsbc apps didn't like any of these apps. how am i suppose to type a 50+ random chars generated password using the so call hsbc keyboard? why you dont allow me to use password manager to fill in? why you don't allow me having admin apps that required at work? i have no phone that meet your requirements to use the app. |
