My husband has early dementia; with problems remembering things, plus substantial hearing loss. I finally found his user ID & password that thankfully I had added to my passwords. He could not find this information & had no clue where it was (it was a nightmare). Once I had the information I needed, this app was a breeze to use; very straightforward & simple!

Not sure why users put this app down-It's never kicked me out & it's so easy to use. I've had NO Problems. It's pretty straight forward. I ENJOY using this app! I was so happy when I got rid of my fax machine & started the app. If I had to pick something that would be that I wish it allowed more pages at a time when submitting. Cust Serv Staff is AWESOME !!! KUDOS !!! Wish there was also a way to get a print out for the whole years benefits. THNX for all you do for us !!! :):)

There seems to be many issues with your app. First and foremost. Trying to upload a pdf document is a constant issue! There have been times were I constantly had to hit the attach button before it would actually successfully document. Second and MOST IMPORTANT are APP BUBBLE NOTIFICATIONS. I have all my notifications turned on as well as "Bubble. This notification helps me so I don't have to constantly remember to keep opening the app to check for important notifications.
