Neat. They dropped a whole ferry route out of the app, because it got off schedule. The ferry system is run by a series of incompetent people, and this app is a pure reflection of the sad state of affairs. 10/5/2024: Tonight, they've just taken all ferry routes out of the app because they absolutely cannot do their jobs. You should all quit in shame, but you won't because you don't have any.

For some reason this app is not updating whatsoever. I've uninstalled/ re-installed it twice and is still unresponsive. You continuously refresh and it gives you "Error Loading" You would think they would put more attention to detail since people rely on this app for travel over the passes.

Like probably 80% plus of users, there is one ferry line I use all the time. The app has a way to mark a line as Favorite but this seems to have zero impact on the UI. I still start with a list of all lines, most of which I don't care about, before scrolling down to and clicking the line I do. Every. Time. Tickets are either pdfs or mobile - - why? Why can't I have every ticket I buy in the app AND as a printable PDF? Means I have to save the Pdf on Dropbox or something to get on my phone.
