| 2024-10-20 |  | | It's a great app, but I don't receive paper copies of *anything*, so the "capture document" is useless to me. An addition of "submit existing photo" so I can submit a screenshot would be such an amazing improvement!! And, the colors of the menu drop down need to be adjusted, as you can't see the words because they are the same color as the background, just an fyi. |

| 2023-11-05 |  | | This app is terrible. If I could give it a negative rating I would. It allows me to sign in, accept terms, and select my county, but won't let me capture any images. The app states it needs permission to access software and work properly. All permissions are granted in settings as well as when the pop-up appears when the app is opened. Still not working. I even uninstalled the app completely and tried again. All to no success. I do not recommend this app. I recommend NYS do better. |
| 2023-06-26 |  | | Logging into this app was a nightmare. When I'd try to enter username and password, I'd always get a "connection reset" error and was unable to log in. I was able to log in when I manually typed my password first, then my username. It still gave me an error, but the somehow logged me in. After that, everything worked fine and I could upload images fine. |
| 2023-04-11 |  | | When you take photos, it makes you take them at a normal vertical size and then it compresses them into a square. And they get all pixely. I can't get my whole document on one page because when it compresses the photo it makes it almost impossible to read. Also, the drop down menu is white text on white background, umm why? You can barely make it out. |

The 4 stars is provisional because I've only submitted the documents, I haven't seen how it goes to process them from the app yet. Edit - It's a year later. Last year went well and it was a lifesaver this year. A huge help especially when in a pinch with paperwork like now, with these submissions overlapping with tax time. |

When you do finally get logged in, the app crashes when capturing pics of the docs you are trying to upload. You are lucky if you can get 2 pics before it crashes & super lucky if you make it to 5 pics. Although luck may not be the right word because if it crashes u have to start over, including going through the login again, which will crash several times B4 u are logged in. |
| 2023-01-13 |  | | Was much better before the latest update when you could upload files instead of scanning through the app. Most of my documents are pdf files stored on my phone, not physical documents, so I can't take a photo. Bring back the upload feature and it would be great, but as it is it's easier to just send everything by email. |
| 2022-09-01 |  | | Convenient, but Could be Improved. Having the app remember submission information (via drop-down if multiple case numbers) would be a welcome time saver. Also, the ability to crop your document after taking the picture would greatly reduce the distortion from trying to fit items of various sizes into a set box. Hopefully images aren't as distorted on the receiving end as this app makes them appear. Lastly, I wish document categories aligned with "Requirement" categories or vice versa. |
| 2022-07-26 |  | | Ive used this app before with no issues. Today it wont let me in to upload anything. Keeps saying check internet connection. I have been unable to upload my paperwork. This app is no help at all at the moment. I was able to download and use it on IPhone 11. Androids seem not to work. I hope that helps someone else trying to use it. Try a diffrent device it may work. |
