It's a great app, but I don't receive paper copies of *anything*, so the "capture document" is useless to me. An addition of "submit existing photo" so I can submit a screenshot would be such an amazing improvement!! And, the colors of the menu drop down need to be adjusted, as you can't see the words because they are the same color as the background, just an fyi.

Easy, straightforward, intuitive... seemed to work as expected. I'll know for sure tomorrow when I speak to my caseworker to confirm she received the documents. * It would be Best , however , to be able to select files already On the camera roll VS having to take a new picture every time!

This app is terrible. If I could give it a negative rating I would. It allows me to sign in, accept terms, and select my county, but won't let me capture any images. The app states it needs permission to access software and work properly. All permissions are granted in settings as well as when the pop-up appears when the app is opened. Still not working. I even uninstalled the app completely and tried again. All to no success. I do not recommend this app. I recommend NYS do better.
