Works great, until it gets to the backside of your driver's license and fails every time. 3 tries each time and it always fails. And then plods along to the face ID and it then cancels. Tried it over data and over wifi. Same results. Great idea, total trash for implementation. Waste of time, just bite the bullet and go into a place - at least there are real humans and not a broken app.

It's asking for camera permission but it's not an option to give it permission in any menus. Now the app is pointless cause they require camera use. I understand we have to jump through hoops for the government or else be executed on the side of the road by a police goon squad during a traffic stop but could you at least make the app work? Or better yet when I go in to renew my license, which I have to do now, you can also issue me a gun so I can just kill myself next time.

I was able to set up an account to change my address got to the camera part of it to verify who I am and that part doesn't not work!!!! I don't have any restrictions on my camera app for it not to work. Why waste the tax payers money on developing an app that doesn't work?????
