Great variety of different programs or challenges depending upon your goal. Separate categories for menopause and different stages of menstural cycle. Rating each activity at its conclusion based on level of enjoyment, difficulty and how good you felt seems to be effective to have suitable new activities suggested that match you abilities and goals | |

An amazing variety of disciplines that you can either choose from yourself or the app will recommend based on your goals or you can follow programmes. And, there's a short daily session and monthly challenges. The coaches are excellent. But, my goodness, the app is so unreliable. It crashes again and again. Restarts of app and phone just don't help, it's so frustrating and stops me getting to all that great content. I just want to fire it up and go. | |

2024-11-28 | CRAIG STEPHENS | I really want it work! So when I get a workout to work I'm really impressed with the quality, variation and clarity from the instructors. The issue is large chunks of workout are spent either getting a workout to load or starting again because it crashes for no reason. The phone signal/WiFi in my gym isn't the best so I thought the solution would be to download the workouts before I get to the gym but this feature doesnt seem to work it still requires a signal or WiFi to play the downloads | |

I was going to pay to subscribe after my free subscription finished but since the app was updated to use real people instead of avatars the app won't work on my phone. It crashes while loading a workout or a minute into it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing will play. | |

2024-11-09 | Nay | I cannot recommend this app enough. It's like being with your own personal trainer but the beauty is, you can exercise when and where you want. The avatars are a great guide and the voice-over ensures you do each move correctly so you don't hurt yourself. If you spot anything that needs fixing like an avatar showing the incorrect exercise, the app team are very responsive and have the issue fixed immediately. This app deserves every one of the 5 stars I have given it. | |
2024-11-08 | Josh | good app, but the new layout is pretty bad. you can't skip some of the intros anymore with 1 click, you have to skip forward 10 seconds multiple times now. I also prefer the 3d models as some of the exercises in my workout have changed when they added the real coaches | |
2024-11-04 | Celia Muldoon | Used to be good untill they took away the 5 minuite option and now only a 10 minuite option. The daily sessions now are often the same excersises repeated twice to make it longer. I used to do 5 mins as a base then do extra on days not working. I chatted on their Facebook who said my feedback would be passed on but who knows. I left public comments. The claim this app is for everyone is untrue. It is designed for people who have the time and fitness for 10 minuites daily or loose your streak. |
