Love the variety of exercises, stretching, breathing and relaxation. Daily workout of only a couple of minutes is effective to establish new habits. Great variety of different programs or challenges depending upon your goal. Separate categories for menopause and different stages of menstural cycle. Rating each activity at its conclusion based on level of enjoyment, difficulty and how good you felt seems to be effective to have suitable new activities suggested that match you abilities and goals

The content of this app is just great. An amazing variety of disciplines that you can either choose from yourself or the app will recommend based on your goals or you can follow programmes. And, there's a short daily session and monthly challenges. The coaches are excellent. But, my goodness, the app is so unreliable. It crashes again and again. Restarts of app and phone just don't help, it's so frustrating and stops me getting to all that great content. I just want to fire it up and go.

The app won't connect with my wifi I have to use data to get app the work and data cost me a lot. Still cant get the app to work with my wifi.
