Trying to fix it by contacting support team is asking to make a selfie as one of steps. And again, when trying to take a selfie for support, the app crashes. What the heck do I scan?!? I don't know how this is supposed to be a useful identification app for us Finns that no longer life in Finland, when you can't even register for this app. Can't even tell you how frustrating this is. And there seems to be no way of contacting anyone for support on how to register!? Not useful. |

As far as I can tell, this app is the only way to access the Finnish government e-services. Do not recommend at all, every time it goes to scan the QR code it crashes and says the app is not installed when it clearly is. Judging by other people's reviews, this problem is not likely to get fixed soon. |

| 2023-08-22 |  | | Absolutely useless APP. I need to register all my documents required to go to Finland and this APP can only scan the QR code to begin the registration. After your PIN is chosen twice, the authentication screen opens and then closes after about 2 seconds, with no possibility to enter the PIN selected. What is the purpose of the APP if it doesn't work at all. I guess it needs to be reported and removed from Google Play website. |
