Why can't I see today's usage? This app is so basic yet frustrating to use. If it showed today's usage so I knew how well I am doing... TODAY... That's so simple to program in but syncing only shows prior days. Whose bright idea was that? That's all this app needs to be decent... Why is it excluded from reports???? Show me info that helps me! Cmon guys.. Edit: moving down to 1 star. App is just so bad. The sync data does NOTHING. You have to rescan the qr code every time you want to update data.

Constant failed scans. Constant partial scans. You email them and they don't reply back. Have had issues since I started using this app and then never seem to fix it. It's frustrating because I have to have this information for my insurance to continue to pay but they don't seem to care or get it fixed. Looks like there have been the same issues for a few years but obviously it's not a priority to get it fixed. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Update 11-18-23. I have been working with their customer service for two days. My app stopped working on 11-11. They keep insisting that it's a daylight saving time issue and that upgrading to Version 4.0.3 will fix it. And I keep telling them the latest version available is 4.0.2! Hopeful that this will be resolved soon but sadly not confident at all. This app has always been awful. At least the data does continue to record on the SD card for compliance purposes.

After working normally for a few months the logs got out of sync by a day. I un-installed then re-installed the app and it now just freezes with a blank React Health screen. In hindsight I should have just ignored the sync issue. Oops. Update - their support helped quickly, apparently clearing the app data and cache fixes the issue. They said they are working on a better solution.

The app was working on my new Samsung S23 Ultra phone on September 17th, but then it stopped working a week later. It was version 4.0. It is just a white screen with React Health logo. I contacted support and they said to wait a few days and install the newest version 4.0.1. I Uninstalled 4.0, shut down the phone completely, installed 4.0.1 and the app is still non functional. The app is broken. Not the cpap or the transmitter. The app simply won't open up. I can't scan the code.

So I read the other reviews and I also had trouble getting it to scan the QR code. Once i got the angle correct so it would scan, my phone would flash but no other code would generate and would only give a partial scan. After alot of trial and error i realized that i had never pealed off the protective shipping film and there is a small sensor over the screen. I think the film kept it from seeing the flash properly and once i removed it all 3 qr codes were read and uploaded.

The app worked almost perfectly for the first few months. Once the update happened, I've had nothing but problems trying to scan the qr+ code. It does maybe one or two scans, then stops. This app has become totally useless. Like a previous user said it also give incorrect times. I've about given up trying to scan the machine. 5/17 I decided to try something. I clearest my cache, Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Then I rescanned the qr+ code. I now have all my scans dating back to Febru

I had to uninstall then reinstall after the 3/13 update. The update changes the report feature which is much less user-friendly. The data is also grossly inaccurate. It now shows various days where "no data received." I use my cpap daily and can no longer rely on the app information to make informed decisions. I have nightly issues with air leaks and the app now shows "Leak time 0:0" instead of accurately assessing how long my leaks are actually occurring. It's worthless now.

Same issues as others, will not scan. This indeed make the app useless. Worked for the first month or so but started receiving failed to scan entire report errors. This has been happening for several months and not being addressed by the company. Extremely annoying to continue to mail an SD card to my provider when a scan option was suppose to be available.

Worthless after 45 days. The multiple barcode scan function does not work. Edit: I am indeed scanning the QR+ code. The issue is that it only holds 42 days of data. I understand that the phone flash is supposed to trigger the machine to flip to another code, but it doesn't work. I had to switch back to the BMC Pap Link app. With that, at least I can get a full report and email it to my provider.
