2024-12-06 | Shashi Thakur | amazing app it asks very lit questions becoz of this app i am being consistent to at least one thing to right down everyday about my feelings and give answers to mind-blowing deep questions .i am really in love with this app but i request plz add recoding option for free so that sometimes when i don't want to right whole day i can just record . Edit It's been a year this is still showing we are processing new questions what the hell .. Why it is not asking questions now ..
2024-05-01 | Eli Megan | I loved the app, used it for over two years. First the questions ended, which made it feel less personalised. And now when I track my mood it shows up in the weekly report but not in monthly. So now I can't track my monthly mood. I don't know if it's just a two day bug or something permanent. I don't want to re-install the app with another account and pay for it again.
2023-05-26 | Kimberly Hovis | It's not ideal for those of us with daily fluctuating moods. It tries to summarize how your whole day went based on one data point on their bar graph, which essentially makes it inaccurate. Plus, you are expected to pick the activity that you did while feeling an emotion, which doesn't work if your option isn't listed. Also, anger, disgust, overwhelm, anxiety, and a few other emotions aren't listed as options for this mood journal, which makes it even less of a useful tool, unfortunately.
2022-12-08 | Amanda Kay | I journal constantly on physical paper with pen. I've been searching for a decent journaling app for a while now so I can join the internet superhighway with everyone else. It's simple, clean appearance with it's rich colors and readable it is pleasing to the eye. I like being able to track my mood from both the journal prompts and the section for notes. I'm enjoying this app for sure.
2022-07-13 | Despinarri 6 | its a nice way to reflect on yourself, days and overall helps you keep track on yourself mood wise. just try to keep steady at it so things fill up and by the end of each month you get this real nice overview of what you went through. Imagine after posting after a whole year! when you would go back to read it it would just be this detailed chart all about YOU! I think the app helps by giving myself some perspective on 'past moods, experiences, etc.' And its nice to see things get better <3
2022-04-04 | Sonam Ubhi | The questions are lovely! very thought-provoking. They good starters to journal to. The features are really cool. I can't wait to see what comes next. I paid for the full version and even the slightest things like adding music and pictures or changing the for and theme is very soothing. For the price (even the free version) it's wonderful! It's helped me a lot and gets straight to what's needed.
2021-08-04 | Kiara Kal | I don't know what I would do if Reflexio disappeared. Within 10 minutes I had gone premium, which seriously wasn't a lot to ask at all. I moved here from Mind Journal because I needed a different layout and more *Mood* Journaling focus. This meets all my needs, I love that I can upload audio and even pictures in each journal entry. Great features, really.
2021-06-27 | Nuala Libby | Overall a pretty good app! It does everything I need it to & that it advertises, paying the ONE TIME premium fee was definitely worth it! The only thing I'd like to see is an option to remove activities, and maybe a few new themes. You can add your own activities, but after scouring the app I can't seem to find a way to remove any of them, added by you or preset, and the current theme selection is generally nice, though when it's time for a change sometimes none of them seem quite right.
2021-03-10 | Amanda Baptista | This app sends me a notification to answer a meaningful question every night. In turn, it reminds me to write in the diary portion, put all my moods and select all the things I did during the day. Since I started about 2 weeks ago I've noticed my mental health has actually improved, because it has me think of my mental health, like whether I've had a good day or otherwise, and what moods I had. I've felt crazy improvement so far. I love it so much.
2021-02-14 | Missy Clyne | This app is good as a mood/diary journal. I can track mood patterns and upload photos. The word tracker is ok but it tracks all words so most used words are sentence connectors. The themes are lacklustre but not bad. I love that you can add tags to track triggers but I cannot find anyway to look up these tags so they are useless. Also, there is no way to look up photos unless you go to each individual entry which sucks. Overall, its worth the upgrade if this app sees more updates. |
