The worst app and service! They claimed that the package was delivered and I was home all the time and nothing came!!!!!

Why you're the only app that doesn't have live tracking or at least timeframe at the day of the delivery!! Please get on with the times update the app with live tracking!!! It makes no sense to have to wait the whole day for a package that one has absolutely no clue when exactly is it getting delivered!!! Had to litterally take a whole day off cause of an expensive package that i needed to get personally had to wait litterally +8 hours front of the house till finally the delivery man arrived!!

I didn't get my package but it said on the app that it had been delivered and then suddenly the next day a Hermesman showed up at my door and pressed a paper into my hand and said that I had to sign it cuz his German was so bad so I couldn't understand anything and cuz I was so scared I just signed it which I really regret right now I went home several times and the doorbell was on nothing was broken they didn't even ring the bell they just left it with the neighbor the service is really bad
