I'm a little confused. This is the only actual Urbanears App, although they also own several Marshall product apps as well. I bought the Urbanears Plattan 2 Bluetooth headphones, when I try to connect and pair I get an error that they need an app to connect. They will not connect just using Bluetooth alone. Yet there is not mention of an app in the user manual at all and no app in the Google Play Store. I would appreciate some direction on how to correct this. I bought 2 pairs that are useless.
So I'm having a Bluetooth speaker and this app is just ridiculous. Doesn't show anything, doesn't connect to anything doesn't do anything...it's purely useless. Imagine people paying money to develop a app that doesn't do anything right 😂😂😂
