    *After getting no reply or acknowledgement from Zelle, I've dropped my rating to 1 star. When first installed, it worked great. After a phone software update, it wouldn't recognize my account. Uninstalled and reinstalled, set up my account fine right up until it asked for a new password. I can't get the keyboard to appear, and whatever is flashing on screen is so fast I can't read it. A glitch that needs repair? I have a $500 payment in limbo because of this glitch! FIX IT, PLEASE!!

    Just tried to sign up, and followed the prompts after seeing that my bank wasn't listed....got as far as entering my name and creating a password, but as soon as I click to enter a password the app makes my keyboard dissappear. I've already put in my debit information and verified my email and phone number... but I can't go any further if I can't create a password to log in. Super frustrating!

    Zelle sucks! My bank wasn't listed so I hit the button that implied so. I was asked to enter my debit card info and address. Every time I tried, I got a black screen with an error that said "unable to process" with a button that said "try again". I tried 6 times. I uninstalled/reinstalled and tried again to create an account and they permanently locked it. The developers are incompetent. I swear the 5 star reviews are fake.

    I'm just gonna say this. I've attempted to download and sign up for this app at least 6 times over the past few years and there is some kind of issue EVERY TIME I've done so. 6 times and I still don't have an account. This last time it wouldn't let me pull up the key board to type in my password when creating an account, time before that was a server error due to maintenance on their end, time before that was not receiving a conformation text or email. I never had this issue out of others!

    I used to depend on Zelle regularly for quick and easy transactions, but recently I’ve been unable to use it due to a message saying my device is incompatible with the current version. This is frustrating because I relied on the app for important transfers and financial tasks. I hope Zelle improves their app’s compatibility across devices soon to avoid inconveniencing loyal users.

    This has to be the worst app I've ever used. Can't log in half the time. Has to email me a code, I enter the code sent and it says invalid code. Smh. Once I've entered it 3 or 4 times it finally works. Then it makes me go searching for my bank and enter my card information, which I've already done previously. Half the time when I enter the card number it says the app encountered a problem and takes me back to the login screen, the other half it doesn't save. Can't use app. 💩💩💩

    Tried over and over to create an account for hours. As soon as I verify my email as nd go to add a debit card, "an error occurred" or some such bullsh!t message. I uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times. I restarted my phone 10 times. I tried multiple cards. I made sure all the info matched with what my bank has on file. Stressful, sketchy, worthless, and unusable. Like if it was just glitchy or slow I could deal with it, but this is literally garbage. Garbage is more functional, actually.

    (Solution Below) Keyboard WON'T stop crashing when I'm trying to create a password! ☆Update: If you have a Samsung Phone- Go to your phone settings, then to General Management. Click on Passwords & Autofill. Then click under Autofill Services and select None. That should turn off the Autofill and fix the issue. If not call customer service! They had the issue fixed in under 2 minutes from pressing call.

    Zelle, as an app and transfer service, is the worst I have ever used. The app does not let you sign in or sign up. It only states error when you put in your phone number. Once creating an account with my bank, the account got placed on hold. The numbers provided for customer service would either drop the call, or where inactive. Despite calling every number provided by zelle, not a single one actually worked. My bank helped immensely to help get things working. But zelle, itself, is useless.

    I was kicked out of my account without notification of any problems and have not been able to sign into it for 2 days. I thought maybe it was because I had the app installed on my phone a few years ago so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and that worked for a few hours. I tried to send $1 to my friend and after 2 hours of waiting they never received it so I canceled the payment. At this point I chose to delete my profile account and start from scratch. That worked for all of 10 minutes
