| 2024-11-03 |  | | The app is not user-friendly. It keeps telling me both of my diffusers are offline even though they're still running the routines I originally set up for them. It suggested deleting the diffuser and reconnecting it, but that does nothing. |

It also feels incomplete and disconnects a lot from the diffuser. When there was an update it updated then kept trying to install the same update over and over again. |

I've wanted a sunrise clock for a while but procrastinated. Glad I did. When this product came out I jumped.I forgot to mention the sound effects that come with it and can also be used for the routines. It creates the perfect ambiance for a slow wake up or to unwind. I did struggle to get it to connect the very first time but have had no problems since. |

Unable to connect to a very stable network. Never connected . Horrible design as functionality goes. Beautiful simple look. Amazon has oodles of better options. If I could rate it at ZERO Stars, I would. Who in their right mind approved this for YL quality?? |
| 2024-08-27 |  | | I am very frustrated. This app does not connect half the time. and even when it does, you can't set set the alarm clock. it is useless. Also, what is with products not coming with instructions? This one said download the app, but the app doesn't work, so TO BAD... |
