Hello, why can't I connect the aroma connect wake up light diffuser to my samsung galaxy s23ultra ?

Will not connect, tried for hours, closing app, restarting phone, moving close to Wi-Fi, reinstalling, nothing. Not happy.

The app is not user-friendly. It keeps telling me both of my diffusers are offline even though they're still running the routines I originally set up for them. It suggested deleting the diffuser and reconnecting it, but that does nothing.
