2024-12-11 | Prone | Liked lieferando for the rewards programme and cheap delivery. At some point end of last year they removed the 3 euro vouchers. I hoped it would come back but I now have 2300 points and nothing to spend on. Now we also have transaction costs and service fees and no new ways to redeem points. *UPDATE* Now I am up to 5400 points and the proposed change is to remove the point program. 5400 points means more than 7000 euros in orders. Uninstalled, well done on losing sales :) | |
2024-12-09 | Joe Bloggs | The new app *looks* nice, but it's actually a significant downgrade in functionality. 1. You can only remove a stored address on the website. 2. You can only leave an anonymous review on the website. App doesn't make clear that it's not anonymous. My first name is unusual for the country I live in, so it's quite easy to see who left review! 3. There's now no favourites in the app. Update: Response from feedback team makes it sound like this is deliberate and we should use website for full func. | |

Many of the options don't work because the app was programmed poorly, the tracking is completely wrong every time, I had an order stolen by the driver, never heard back from customer service or got a refund, and had another order dropped off by a very rude driver without even a bag or anything sealed. I haven't had an issue with Wolt and I regret trying this app. | |

When I click "rate now" it takes me to the app but nothing happens nowhere to rate the restaurants from. So useless. 2024-11-25 | sakkhor rahman | KFC never disappoints when it comes to satisfying cravings for crispy, flavorful chicken! The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. My favorite has to be the Zinger burger—juicy, spicy, and incredibly tasty. The fries were crispy,and balancing the meal perfectly. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, even during busy hours. If you're in the mood for a fulfilling and delicious fast-food experience, KFC is the way to go! Highly recommended. | |

If you don't get your order, support will do nothing, if you want support to contact the restaurant very fast, you can't find the live chat that easily, if you get your order after two hours, again support will do nothing! Not recommended at all to actually use this app for ordering anything. 2024-11-20 | Roberto Castillo | The App is missing two key features for consumers: It does not allow you to get in contact with the restaurants and even worse is the fact it does not allow you to cancel your order. I had a bad experience with a restaurant that was delayed more than one hour with the delivery of my order so these missing functionalities became relevant. What is more disappointing was the answer by Customer Support which was "You cannot cancel an order because customers can take advantage of it and misuse it". | |
2024-11-08 | Camila Muller | Food is supposed to arrive in less than an hour, now app says two hours, called the restaurant and they say they have no order in my name. It's IMPOSSIBLE to call Lieferando. The phone number (which cannot be easily found in the app) gives the option to talk as a restaurant or as a customer. As customer, it will never pick up!!! Connection just gets cut. I had to message in Instagram to get an answer. My order was cancelled. Can't believe such a horrible app has the monopoly in Germany. | |
2024-11-01 | Salma Nasr | The app itself is okay, but the service in the last few months has been increasingly awful. The delivery estimates are very long, even when you are living relatively close to the center of the city. And on top of that, the food doesn't even arrive on time! There's no way to get in touch with the restaurant through the app to follow up on the order, and there is no compensation for the late deliveries. There should be an option to cancel the order as soon as the delivery time is estimated. |
