How it works:
Ordering is easy. You can either pick a saved address, fill in your postcode/street name or let the app find your location automatically. Choose to pay with PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay or another option, or pay with cash when your food gets delivered if the restaurant allows it.

Liked lieferando for the rewards programme and cheap delivery. At some point end of last year they removed the 3 euro vouchers. I hoped it would come back but I now have 2300 points and nothing to spend on. Now we also have transaction costs and service fees and no new ways to redeem points. *UPDATE* Now I am up to 5400 points and the proposed change is to remove the point program. 5400 points means more than 7000 euros in orders. Uninstalled, well done on losing sales :)

The new app *looks* nice, but it's actually a significant downgrade in functionality. 1. You can only remove a stored address on the website. 2. You can only leave an anonymous review on the website. App doesn't make clear that it's not anonymous. My first name is unusual for the country I live in, so it's quite easy to see who left review! 3. There's now no favourites in the app. Update: Response from feedback team makes it sound like this is deliberate and we should use website for full func.

Terrible app, terrible customer service, and terrible drivers. Many of the options don't work because the app was programmed poorly, the tracking is completely wrong every time, I had an order stolen by the driver, never heard back from customer service or got a refund, and had another order dropped off by a very rude driver without even a bag or anything sealed. I haven't had an issue with Wolt and I regret trying this app.
