It's fine for micro businesses but if you have a number of employees working across multiple projects it just can't handle the volume of data. We've been using Xero Projects for 9months now and early on we contacted Xero Support as we are unable to run a Project Details report to view a breakdown of project spend. Xero have told us that "the team's workload is extremely high and priority is given to issues affecting multiple customers" - that was 3months ago! No customer support available....

Just waiting for it to go wrong again. The latest update has this problem with the timer. First time I used it, I stopped the timer, it took me to the next page to allocate this to a project but the program crashed. Restarted the Projects App and applied the time to the job ok. Now the timer is just sitting in the "quick notification" up top and won't clear. **2 years later, still not fixed.

Still an awful experience. At least you can copy a time entry now, but pasting blindly onto a date is too clunky. how about a 'repeat day', and 'repeat week' button?
