I switch off data and try wifi same result. I attempted to login (as if I already had an account) same immediate error. |
| 2024-05-08 |  | | Workflowy has been a lifesaver! The way it lets you organize things in nested lists keeps my to-dos and ideas clear. For brainstorming, it's fantastic. It's fast, portable, and lets me quickly capture and develop my ideas. While Evernote & OneNote are great for note-taking in general, Workflowy excels at this initial brainstorming stage. In fact, I use them all together for a powerful workflow. |

It syncs all your info across various platforms (Desktop, web, mobile). Excellent for outlining complex projects, manuscripts, web development, etc. Also great as an personal knowledge base / journal. Subscribed to the Pro version and find extra features it offers worthwhile. Highly recommended. Nice work development team! |
| 2024-01-03 |  | | Overall, a pretty good app. It's definitely easier to use Workflowy on a computer, but this makes it easy enough to add basic items to lists, complete them, and search for things. I do wish it had the ability to log into more than one account and to easily switch between the two as I have separate personal and work accounts. |

Don't wait months to open this after downloading like I did 🤦♀️. I was going through 30+ note apps for months, trying each one out for different business and personal purposes. I'd gone through almost all, and I instantly fell in love more than I ever have with a note-taking app. Even over Obsidian, due to it's push towards organization. Thank you devs! So much! 😍✨ |

My biggest feature request would be to PLEASE ADD A WIDGET. If I could add a widget with a specific list and be able to quickly add a bullet to the list from my home screen this app would then be near perfection. |

I know that sounds dramatic, but it's true. I use it for literally every facet of my life (including the entire process of planning my wedding!). I have a meticulous daily routine on here, meal plans, grocery list, complete chore list, vacation planning, calendar, brain dump, budgeting, address book, etc. Everything. My entire brain is on here |

Good enough for on-the-go, but the web app remains the best way to use Workflowy -- and the only fully-complete interface, with internal links, helpful shortcuts, and the ability to upload files. There may be other web-only features, these are just the ones I noticed. Google seems to think the app has ads, but I haven't seen any. |

Only qualm is that I refered quite a few co-workers to the app, and the system decided they were spam referrals and reduced my monthly limit. Customer service was unhelpful. |
| 2022-04-07 |  | | Absolutely helpful, you can build a three dimensional mental map in list form and multiple levels. You can build notes with links to other sections of your notes. You can even link websites, pictures, Google docs, files in your device. It is a great place to build a one stop source for everything that you want to remember. I often use it to write notes whole listening to books about martketing and sales. Or, while listening to a webinar or training. I recommend 👌. |
