    Excuse me, where can I find a manual on how to understand the app. I need this to telework from home on days I keep my kids home. Otherwise I use my leave time. I didnt get to telework today because the app won't connect. I keep getting lost where the dial pad is located. I was given this Friday by work and told to basically figure it out, which is unprofessional. I like the concept of this working conveniently for those working from home. Please help. Thank you so much

    Too many extra functions built into the new version for regular employees that will only ever use softphone. Also hate that the last number dialed stays in the dial box even after the call is completed. The only improvement this end user sees is in the inbound calls. I've had fewer missed calls with this version. UPDATE 1/7/2024: I have a new android phone running 13. The app will not work. My IT department can't get it working either.

    This app makes no sense to me. How do I even get to my bill???? All there are is options for contacts and coworkers? And everything pops up saying error anyway. There's even a dialpad for calls and a voicemail box??? I just want to pay my Internet bill. What is this????

    Softphone functionality is broken and utterly worthless. Will constantly sign you out, say you are out of seats, and keep ringing long after calls have ended until you terminate the app. Also takes over the proximity sensor so that as long as you have the app running in the background, moving your finger over part of your screen will black out the entire display.

    Had to install. Trying to pay internet bill and still haven't been able to. This is dumb. The app shows contacts but nothing about the Internet account or how to pay the bill! Worst app I've ever downloaded. Removing it immediately.

    Maybe the worst app I have ever used. Calls come in when I am logged out, calls may or may not come in when I am logged in. It is terrible in a car/bluetooth situation. Trying to figure out how to do anything is near impossible as there is so much information you have to wade through to even get to the keypad. I dont know who created this but it was definitely not anyone who uses it!

    It never works, as a work phone extension totally useless.. Periodically it may receive a call but has only called out twice. The phone dials out but never ever connects. Using a Samsung Note 9 and high speed internet

    Garbage. Most annoying part is how one call triggers your proximity sensor even without answering, then never releases it and your screen doesn't stop blacking out on you when close. (Super duper annoying) I won't even get into the dropped calls.

    Windstream is a horrible company. Oh, let's just randomly invalidate random users' mysoftphone credentials and not let anyone know about it. Now finally we get an email saying mysoftphone is going offline June 1st. On top of that, windstream services have an issue pretty much every week and their support is TERRIBLE! You guys suck, we're changing providers after the contract ends. Not sure how you can stay in business if you keep running it like this. June 2022 update: the app is still trash.

    This app is absolute garbage!!!! ...cant pay your bill using it, no option to do it and when i try to do it online it makes you switch to the app. Just a huge aggravation and waste of time. And ofcourse nobody replies to any comment on here. Even when I called and told them there app is worthless, they had zero response.
