2024-12-06 | Shadi Ganem | Failed to create an account. Sign in with Google doesn't work
2024-09-12 | Fraser M | The mobile app could use some work. Calls are quite laggy and drop often while on both data or wifi connection. Half of calls the other party hears silence if you are using the speakerphone function and the UI overall could use some sprucing up to bring it into 2024. Outside of those things it fills the gap when you don't have your desktop phone with you.
2024-08-27 | Michael M | It has beena disaster for a long 5 months. I had Ooma before and the texting on that app was so much easier and intuitive. Wildix requires that you put a +1 in front f a text message, which is a burden. Then, if you add contact names to numbers you still can't search by name simply by typing it in for a text message. When you type a name in, and hit it it only makes a phone call. Really annoying when I'm texting at 1AM and it calls the person!! Texting multiple people is so difficult! This sucks
2024-06-17 | Adam Wright | Not quite sure why but half my calls I can hear but they can't hear me. This can be back to back calls so not like I'm leaving the app. Most calls are ok, occasionally you get the robot voice and it really can be hit by a small WiFi change. Would think this is likely a packet size thing for quality. There are plenty of internet voice apps. How do they do better?
2024-02-08 | Gordon Kerr | Every single time I receive a call and open it, it asks me to review the app. This blocks the ability to answer the call! Extremely annoying. As a result I have submitted probably hundreds of 1 star reviews which clearly no one looks at. Please sort it out!
2023-12-08 | Dave Wright | Awful software. My employer believed their hype and bought into this software. Awful on the desktop so tried the android version and even worse. Just froze my phone. At least I can tell people never to use this company . And why do you need so ma y permissions?
2023-09-29 | Cheyne Stucker | Downloaded because my company switched to it from One Talk. I'm horribly unimpressed. You can change almost nothing from the actual app with ease as presented in the training, no messaging, can't silence a call unless you turn your ringer down, and the call quality is horrible. I wouldn't reccomend it at all.
2023-09-29 | Tobias Schaffner | Bluetooth headset can't be selectet for calls. Works fine in the normal phone app but not in wildix.
2023-09-07 | Eric Denney | I am running this app on Android 13 Pixel 6a. When the ringtone goes off there is not a way to silence it aside from decreasing the volume at the time of the call. If there is a feature to allow this, I need help finding it. Thank you.
2023-07-25 | Imran Sakoor | How to connect wireless bluetooth device to app? Even if my bluetooth is connected to phone, calls seems to go straight to phone speaker rather than bluetooth. I have reinstalled app... is there a setting somewhere? |
