The mobile app could use some work. Calls are quite laggy and drop often while on both data or wifi connection. Half of calls the other party hears silence if you are using the speakerphone function and the UI overall could use some sprucing up to bring it into 2024. Outside of those things it fills the gap when you don't have your desktop phone with you.

It has beena disaster for a long 5 months. I had Ooma before and the texting on that app was so much easier and intuitive. Wildix requires that you put a +1 in front f a text message, which is a burden. Then, if you add contact names to numbers you still can't search by name simply by typing it in for a text message. When you type a name in, and hit it it only makes a phone call. Really annoying when I'm texting at 1AM and it calls the person!! Texting multiple people is so difficult! This sucks
