It would be five star if you could advise though the app that you have a food allergy if you are a person who has verbal communication as I'm someone who struggles with communication verbal and the app allows me to order independently but I can't say about allergies though the app which means someone has to tell a member of staff on my behalf I have allergies taking away some independence I have.

Puppetshows4u, 2024-11-22Avoid and go to the bar instead. I got charged twice for the same order on 2 occasions last Friday (only found out when I got home). Wetherspoons so far not being at all helpful about it. I have just read the app reviews and can see this has been going on since at least September, so they know about it but are not taking responsibility. Never happened on the old version. I wonder how many people don't even realise they have been fleeced? I'm now the latest victim on a long and growing list...

Matt Bennett, 2024-11-21I have used the app frequently in the past, however, last week ended up ordering, payment was processed and charged, but the order didn't accept. I got an error of "arrays and traversables can be unpacked". Three other people had this. Me and my friends are attempting to get a refund from evasive Wetherspoons support so it's quite frustrating.
