2024-11-08 | RakkuGuy | Autopay did not charge me when it was supposed to, making my payment late, and when I tried to talk to customer service about it I could not reach a real person. The website lies and said there's a live chat if you log in (there isn't) and the customer service number is completely automated with no way to transfer to a live representative. How to send them an email. 0/10 experience so far. | |
2024-10-16 | curtis wilson | The appe works great for 90-95% of the time, but if it gets glitchy, just pay through the site, and if it says an error code or similar, check your bank account before you send another payment, and that'll let you know if it went through, so that way you won't accidentally make a double payment, and problem solved. Just a tip. | |
2024-01-22 | JEra Newton | Westlake Financial will rob you blind if you don't keep an eye on your account. Especially when you're close to paying off your contract. Just so they can keep you still paying. At first they started taking an extra 106 out of my actual monthly payments. Then all of a sudden they started taking a extra 108, making it 214. They'll keep doing this once you get closer to paying off your vehicle, just so they can keep you locked in that contract for a while. Becareful using this company.. | |

Only "issue" I've ran into is when attempting login it'll automatically prompt for fingerprint, but it won't work and I have to do it a second time through the login screen. Not a big deal, and it doesn't detract from how refreshingly simple this app is! | |

Congratulations on successfully making it impossible for consecutive months on logging in to making a payment. Is it really that hard for your developers to update this to make it usable? It is literally stuck from a window that cannot open within the app, and one that cannot be closed. It isn't that f-ing hard to fix that coding. | |

I am trying to make and account so I can pay a bill and it refuses to let me create an account and would rather spend its time finding my account which does not exist. I try to create an account on the website and am told that I'm experiencing some errors and to contact customer support which is filled with bots that help just as much as the nonexistent customer service. Remove this app from the playstore and fix it. | |

Your " disclaimer and swipe " you've now added after initiating the payment doesn't advance..leaving you guessing whether or not a payment was made...???? It a true "0" .. That's the problem when you hire incompetent people who constantly try to improve on something that worked just fine last month.. A complete "0" grade for wasting my time to make a payment today.. !! | |
2023-02-20 | Eagle King | The app was poor to begin with so at least they made it worse by no longer allowing biometric log in. Also it no longer works with auto fill. This is intentional to get you to miss your payments. I've been sending my payments via check to the address on my loan contact. It took calling customer service to get them to send a paper bill which took 3 months to arrive. Paper bill says I'm up to date with payments. This app says I'm passed due and owe $0.00 by a future date. How? | |
2023-02-06 | Jennifer Rodine | This app does not save the password and or no fingerprint option. Every month I have to make a payment, I have to reset my password. THEN when it promptse me to log back in, the app does not recognize my new password. The worse case, I get locked out of my account and then have to call in to get it unlock. Beyond frustrating | |
2022-05-04 | Schuyler Savidge | I'm new to the app and I can't even login. It's not that my credentials are wrong though. I get past the initial sign in part, then it does the whole "first time login" thing sending me a code that I have to enter to finish the login. Then I put the code in, and it tells me "failed, check network connection" I've tried this while connected to wifi, and just cellular data. No luck! App definitely needs work. Not a good first impression |
