2024-11-27 | Larry Weigner | It's rare that I see an app that is functionally bad, but this one is. I don't know if they're just trying to port their website through the app or what, but links take 10-15 seconds to load or just don't respond to clicks. New pages frequently crash out to a blank white screen. The chat feature says an agent will respond in approximately 1 minute and just freezes indefinitely. It's one thing to complain about the service, but this app is almost unusable. | |

I put in my password then I have to put in my pin then I have to answer a secret question. For the most part it's pretty good but with the most recent update I've lost the ability to use biometrics and have to enter my password and wait for a code and it's so obnoxious! I've disabled/enabled several times, settings show it's enabled but still directs me to enter a password. Sent a message to support through the app and they never responded. | |

It makes me sign into the app. And, they're doing all kinds of deals for new customers, but for us that have been with them, they aren't offering anything. Unless of course we upgrade to the most ridiculously expensive plan which is more than anyone could possibly need, then they'll give a whopping 100 off a new phone. 🙄 | |

App is glitchy but works. Update. Had to delete the widgit and remake it for the data to show. The app itself is still way to busy and runs really slow even on a new Ultra. | |

Constant login issues continue like Verizon is new to this new internet online thingy. Now I'm back having to manually re-enter my password every time, even though I have biometrics activated...again...like it always has been...but somehow the app forgot I did that years ago and once again turned off that setting from account because...why? 2024-11-24 | Joseph Johto | For specifically the app, it makes logging into a different account hard. Dad has an at-home plan with a at-home phone wired for the house. So this makes it difficult. It used to be so easy to make the Verizon chat bot check for any software issues with the router and modem. It simply isn't now... I've had multiple issues with the FiOS internet over 4 years. It ain't fun and there's always some new issues with the app and experience. | |

I keep getting the same message, sorry we are not able to process your request. Please try again. This is ridiculous, esp because, of course, it will let you go make a payment. 2024-11-22 | Jimara Lindsey | They do not acknowledge and take ownership of the constant glitches on the app. It does not allow you select your desired payment method when scheduling a payment. You are unable self cancel the payment to resolve yourself. And they'll charge a $10 fee if you schedule a payment with a representative. Sometimes you barely have service in certain areas. I've experienced multiple issues on the app within the past three months and I have the latest update. |
