I tried it with two different phones, and there is no way to do it on the website, it has to be done in the pohone app! Sorry bit it is so frustrating everytime, I will not fly in volaris anymore! |

The app just does not work properly. The camera to scan the passport just does not do a good job. No option to add the passport information manually either. It's a waste of time. |

I have to open and close the app MULTIPLE times just to see my flight intineray, once I pass that stage...to make edits on my flight (change sear, add luggage,etc) I have to keep closing and open the app until it stops crashing and lets me make the changes I want. It's a very tedious process just to get my boarding pass and change seats etc. This ALWAYS happens. |

It literally does not let you check in (it shows a random, untelated error) without paying extra for a seat selection. As a computer science major, I find this to be a despicable error for such a rudimentary function within the app. |

Screw this airline. I need to switch flights and I am going to have to get a whole new flight and I Will get it through a different airline. I will never use this app or airline Ever again. It is horrific. I cannot figure out how to switch flights and I am basically out of time for all that. |

I had to book the flight on my PC. I'm now trying to check-in via this app, and it keeps showing an "unexpected error" dialog box. I cannot understand why companies do not hire adequate software developers and do not replace their IT leadership when things fail so miserably |
