If you somehow manage to disconnect and get rid of this junk, they will send a collection agency with the news that you still owe them for something. I do not recommend starting to use this connection, it is better to consider similar services from other companies. |

Vonage Problems: After upgrading to the SMS texting service, I was informed that the texting service had crashed & wasn't going to be back up for 90 days. Vonage will still be enforcing my contract for this service, so I am being charged for a service that I am not receiving & will have to pay a fee if I want to cancel the service |

Nevertheless, since installing this app, when I get incoming regular (cellular (non-Vonage) calls, I must now unlock my phone to answer those. And I can't figure that out. It's like installing this app is now somehow interfering with the stock telephony app. |

I've had to reinstall the app three times because phone calls do not go through or I just get a notification of a missed call and the phone didn't ring. Not to mention the sms issue that now EVERYONE is experiencing. Stay away from vonage if you care about your small business. |

If this was my primary access to business phone lines, I would probably switch carriers. It's not as reliable as I'd need it to be, and it behaves differently on cell networks and WiFi. A daily annoyance is that notifications don't open the app. It's particularly annoying that voicemail notifications don't open the app. With every update I cross my fingers, but it has remained annoying for 5 years so far. |
| 2024-10-05 |  | | It's been 2 months and still can't send text. Mainly why I chose them was to be able to text customers, and it worked for a few months now, nothing, and they haven't reached out. And still paying full price for have the service and in a contact so cant leave. They need to get this fixed and make it righ, and you can't talk to a huma, just a chat like wth. Update still no text it's now Oct 5, 2024.. and still having to pay full price. Don't use this compnay. No live agent either. |

Still no fix. 2024 and messages hasn't been working over 3 months.. all the info was submitted, and I was told everything is good and it will take up to 2 weeks.. well, it's been 3 months |
| 2024-08-13 |  | | Discovered that none of my clients were receiving any hyperlinks that were sent with txt messages. I can receive hyperlinks but not send. This has been going on for months apparently. I would send a text message to a client with a link and they would say I didn't get the link did you send it? No response from Vonage support on a ticket I opened over 30 days ago. Stay away from Vonage. I will be changing providers asap. Any 4 star reviews you're reading are likely fake. |
| 2024-06-08 |  | | App freezes frequently when recieving a call. App conflicts with other apps and causes navigation and phone controls to lock up. Phone call settings do not transfer to this app, so none of the phones buttons will silence the ringer. Phone lock button does not silence the ringer. App causes over all system lag (I do not use this on my nice Huawei, just MotoG) and has issues writing over other apps. This app is invasive and glitchy, yet it manages calls extremely well. |
| 2024-05-24 |  | | Horrible to work with, charges extra fees for everything and hard to get a straight answer out of anyone when I'm finally able to talk to a person. Also will only send about 1/2 my photo messages. I have to resize all of them for any chance to get it to send. And frequently says unable to send/receive calls at this time for short periods of time throughout the day. Very frustrating. |
