This company uses traditional bait & switch tactics to get you to pay more for tickets, driving up their margins with the 25% handling fee (for mobile ticket transfers nonetheless) I had purchased FLOOR seats (row 10) for a show and 2 days before the event viagogo let me know my tickets weren't available and their "guarantee " offered me standing room tickets behind the stage. I had to spend over $700 to purchase comparable tickets to what I originally bought. Will never use this site again

Never buy anything from them. They sell tickets to shows that have been canceled for weeks. When you show them this they claim the show is postponed. Even though the official page it says it's canceled. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my refund still don't have it terrible customer service terrible app. I hope the owners of this app die of cancer
