If Ticketmaster is a monopoly, the site should still work! The webite barely functions as it is, and this app is no better. I spent a good hour trying to go to the checkout screen and faced multiple errors. Only when I switched to mobile data did I get through. Awful company. I'm deleting my account as soon as my event is over.

Does nothing to stop bots/ resellers from buying up tickets and reselling them bc they make money on the resell. App does not work well during presale and even though you may be ready to move tickets to your cart the button will somehow become unclickable and you have to start the process all over. Good luck getting tickets for a reasonable price.

Transfer tickets, entered number. It transferred them to Japan because it didn't tell me I needed a country code when entering number. Quickly cut and paste and got intended recipient to get it. It crashes on each purchase saying, "It's not you, it's us". I redo and buy tickets. Then it bombards me with notifications several times a day saying I left my tickets behind. They show up as bought in the app. Fix this nonsense.
