The proctors are unnecessarily strict, actively promote a toxic testing environment as well as have absolutely no knowledge of the course material that is presented. I was threatened with loss of exam and then turned away from writing an exam solely because of the keyboard I use. I had a "gaming" keyboard. All of my questions of "what kind of keyboard I should get" were answered with "a normal keyboard" absolutely no help! They also act/answer as if replying from a script. Possible bots?

One of the WORST apps I have ever used; if not the absolute worst. Not user friendly at all. Thanks to this ridiculous app, I missed my exam and will need to reschedule. It amazes me how unnecessarily complicated this service makes something fairly straightforward so unnecessarily complex. In addition, the customer service is absolutely pathetic. I spoke politely to the customer service agent, and requested if he could wait while I get through it, and the guy hung up after few seconds.

Incredibly badly designed. This is what u get when you outsource app development to offshore center. The app feels like it is something designed by a bunch of first year computer science students. Some of the issues 1. The app goes full digital zoom which meant that the camera had to be placed more than 12 feet away from the computer. Even at that distance it was not able to capture my full profile. 2. Its buggy and prone to crashing 3. Support feels more like a bunch of power hungry students
