2024-12-03 | Christina Jones | I have been a member of UserTesting for several months and love the service. I have no issues using my computer, and until recently the app was fine. Now it crashes all the time and I get an error message "Something Went Wrong..." when I log in. After I answer questions, it spins and spins forever, sometimes loading the rest of the tests and sometimes getting stuck. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app... didn't help. They need to fix this! | |
2024-12-03 | Christina Kelbel | Normally works great with plenty of opportunities to earn. Lately keep getting a message saying "something went wrong, please try again" between each screener. It's getting annoying. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still happens. If I close the app for a minute or 2 and open it back up the message disappears but than once again after I do a screening, get that message again and have to do the same thing again. Never had this issue until recently. Please fix it!! | |
2024-11-27 | Isaiah | The app is straight up broken majority of the time you can't even do any surveys. The UI on the screen when you click one doesn't work or it just stops functioning entirely. It also every few seconds reloads the page saying, "something went wrong please wait". It's extremely infuriating especially when in the middle of filling out a qualification survey. | |
2024-11-25 | Mary-Carole Hall | The service itself is trustworthy, but this app is garbage. Almost every time I open the Home screen, I get "Something went wrong, please try again." Fail a screener? "Something went wrong, please try again." I have to close and reopen the app half a dozen times just to get the tests to load just so I can get rejected from another screener and have to start the whole cycle all over again. For being a UI/UX feedback service, it sure does ironically have the worst user experience. | |

Then, when I start doing the preliminary questions, it tells me to download the app that I'm currently using, and when I click download, it says "url is not available." 2024-11-15 | Pepsi Solin | The app keeps crashing and sends you into this very frustrating loop of having to sign in (even though you already are) asks you to install the app you are already using and the only way to get back to the homepage is click on the box "X" which then gives you a popup asking if you want to decline the survey/test, which you have to do in order to get the page to refresh, I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no improvement ☹️ | |

Everytime I get to the part about make a username and password it just says something went wrong and to try again. I've attempted dozens and dozens of times over the past couple of days with no success to even make an account. tried making an account on the website and that just directs me to download the app and make one so yeah stuck in a loop. | |
2024-09-04 | Nicole Iwan | Since the release of surveys on this app it has had issues when trying to qualify for a survey. Sometimes when I click a survey it'll pop up with a new window but nothing loads. I have to close the app then decline the survey. Other times when I don't qualify for one it will try to take me back to the home page of the app but ends up telling me to just download the app that I'm already using..... I end up having to close the app and declining the survey. I'm on a newer Samsung galaxy phone too. | |
2024-07-25 | Niki Schuster | no issues with my practice test but did it correctly. seems slow to get tests at first, but come in more consistently over time. Some screeners are random and don't apply to me. Tests are available from phone, and different ones from a desktop. I check both maybe twice a week and have $70 from just July. I decline the "live conversation" tests or it would be much higher. Not fake. Payments to PayPal are automatic. Easy to use. Recent issues with app tests fault only closing is my only complaint. | |
2024-07-22 | Michelle Riffle | Been trying for 3 days straight to get past the log in page. I've created user name and have had to reset my password going in 5 times now because each time it seems to say it's the wrong one entered, I've even screen shot my entries and always keep it written in a book I've kept for years now. The reviews seem amazing yet it seems like its just that, reviews to make it "seem and look enticing". Phone is fully charged and even tried off my tablet, I was truly excited to see my options. 🤯 |
