Normally works great with plenty of opportunities to earn. Lately keep getting a message saying "something went wrong, please try again" between each screener. It's getting annoying. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still happens. If I close the app for a minute or 2 and open it back up the message disappears but than once again after I do a screening, get that message again and have to do the same thing again. Never had this issue until recently. Please fix it!!

I have been a member of UserTesting for several months and love the service. I have no issues using my computer, and until recently the app was fine. Now it crashes all the time and I get an error message "Something Went Wrong..." when I log in. After I answer questions, it spins and spins forever, sometimes loading the rest of the tests and sometimes getting stuck. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app... didn't help. They need to fix this!

The app is straight up broken majority of the time you can't even do any surveys. The UI on the screen when you click one doesn't work or it just stops functioning entirely. It also every few seconds reloads the page saying, "something went wrong please wait". It's extremely infuriating especially when in the middle of filling out a qualification survey.
