So hard just to get in to the app. I know you need security but a key pad instead of passwords an IDs that don't work logging in is just to much trouble to many error messages trust me when it tells you that you are spacing your password and there is NO spaces. So aggravating

Every 6 months or so, this app stops letting you access it. It has to be un-installed and re-installed so it can be used properly. Starting to get very annoying. I think I should close this account.

Wish I could give zero stars. This is a terrible app, with terrible customer service if you need to call. My worst credit card experience to date. As soon as I pay my balance, I'm cancelling this card. The points just don't justify the stress of dealing with these amateurs.
