Put bills on the home screen snapshot like you used to. Don't make me drill down 3 steps to find out if there is one. The first indication I get that anything is due these days is an email that the bill is passed due. That's not helpful. There's no indication in this app that any money is owed unless you drill down to a specific account/policy, but it used to show on the home screen. Terrible user experience.

One of my preferred applications, which I have been using consistently for over a decade, is currently inaccessible to me. I am unable to view my account balance or complete other tasks. I have attempted to resolve the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but these efforts have been unsuccessful. This situation is quite frustrating and disappointing.

I have been using the app for years and never had a single issue. The app is also super easy to navigate, organized, and makes life easier. I'm finally writing today because of the little detail they added when it's your birthday and that is what made me smile. It's the extra details of the app that I love the most. Thanks USAA!

Update: 1 year after review, still not fixed. I've had the app almost 6 years and it was 5 stars at one point but now it just gets worse with time. Constant crashes, glitches that prevent me from doing simple tasks, and constant error messages. There's almost no point in using the app because I end up calling. They always refer me to use the app for nearly everything but it never works. Loyal customers and veterans deserve better.

This app had some periods of brilliance over the past 10 years I've used it. But it started out rough and has found its way back to being so. This is buggy and bloated. The most recent frustration is complete push notification mayhem. Turn off all notifications and I still receive them. Turn on do-not-disturb periods and the app violates them. I do not need to be woken up at night for a monthly checking statement. I've called support. They acknowledge the problem but have no solutions.

First of all the insurance agents for auto are not very helpful and I have to call for everything the app is terrible. I just got insurance with them and I couldn't register on the app or online so I had to call. They gave me a temp password and user but the app won't let me make a new user or password. Calling USAA is a pain and takes a long time because you have to go through there automated system to get to a agent which takes awhile. GEICO service and app is better than USAA

Horrific auto quote experience. It's completely bugged. It does not save your quote, it will duplicate 'saved quotes' and will make another everytime you go in to check on an old quote 'which never saves properly. Certain buttons do not work unless you reset which, bingo has you remaking your entire quote. I think I've had to recreate my auto quote about 20 times already.

I would really appreciate a place within the "My Card" section of the app to include a issue notice when your card is blocked or a transaction was under review. Complications arise so often that I would appreciate more visible notice when something comes up. Otherwise, the app is efficient and streamlined. Excellent.

I dislike the new application update. I uninstalled and reinstalled to go back to the previous version. Will most likely end up un-installing altogether because it updates to the newer version. Which seems to have a lot less to it. I prefer to just use the mobile website if this is what the app is going to contain. Wish they would stop making major changes, especially once you've made an effort to learn the new changes, from a previously wonderful app.

Lots of server-side errors with not much detail. For instance, I've been sending messages for over 3 years to close out a claim, and to date no one has replied. The messages are there, easy for them to see, but they are not replied to. Simple transactions like paying bills or depositing checks is painful. When I spoke to a phone representative about how poorly the app works, she confirmed no one, from customer to customer service, can stand the app because it crashes and errors out constantly
