Sharron Muller		 New phone, and the app won't pull up the backup from my Dropbox. I verified in Dropbox that the file is there, but when I select Restore from Dropbox, I get a blank screen. Like it can't link to Dropbox. I have done this on two previous phones with no problem. Now useless.

Laurie K		 Love this app, easy to use and truly trustworthy. HOWEVER, the only option to do a "Synced" backup is to Dropbox. I do not use Dropbox. As a DECADES LONG USER I am not a programmer. I created a SourceForge login but end up in a vicious circle trying to contact someone. I use "Box" to sync my app backups but BOX is not an option.... only Dropbox. HELP!

Jordan Poppa		 Used for years and now won't let me open database synced to Dropbox on new phone. Says "Incorrect Password" and even after uninstalling and reinstalling several times no change. Frustrating to have put so much data in and not be able to use it. Contacted developer with no response.

Isaac Rodriguez		 Appreciate the free password manager. I've been using this for years and was sad to see the loss of Dropbox sync, but the developer actually updated it. He didn't need to do that, but he did. I appreciate the support and the awesome app! Edit: found a way to toss him a few bucks. Thanks for a great app!

Lou Iris PL		 As the developers have said in 2017, this app is left here for existing users but is no longer being developed. As of May 2022, I can no longer sync with Dropbox. Therefore new passwords will no longer be synced and it renders the app useless for future use. Better find a new password keeper app that serves the same purpose. Thank you for all the years you've been useful.

Hilary Eberhardt		 I've been using this app for eight years with no problems. Now all of a sudden it won't sync with Dropbox and I therefore can't sync across my devices. Such a shame as it was the best password manager I've tried.

Philippe Audet		 Good if you don't want to back up. It seems the developer has stopped updating this application for some reason. He's not answering the emails. Dropbox connectivity is broken. Backup functionality is broken. Not sure I can get another app to read my last database backup. Quite disappointed.

El Zorro		 Solid app. My backup & restore worked fine. Could use an update, though. Needs an autoclosing timeout and fingerprint scan unlocking instead of just password, because it's no longer 2008. As others have said, no longer syncs to Dropbox.

Jerry H		 No longer synchs with DropBox. No clear cuustomer support or clear fix on what forums you can find on your own. I've loved this app for years, but now that it can't save a backup of my passwords off of my phones the app is useless. If you're still reading this then don't waste your time. Look for another app that 1) functions as advertised, and 2) provides some cutomer support or at least a respectable help-file.

Ryan N		 I love this app. I do have a question. I am have an issue with the Backup function. It responds with "Problem preforming file operation" Update: storage permission on the phone settings did the trick. This is a great App. I love the copy password or user function.
