New phone, and the app won't pull up the backup from my Dropbox. I verified in Dropbox that the file is there, but when I select Restore from Dropbox, I get a blank screen. Like it can't link to Dropbox. I have done this on two previous phones with no problem. Now useless.
Love this app, easy to use and truly trustworthy. HOWEVER, the only option to do a "Synced" backup is to Dropbox. I do not use Dropbox. As a DECADES LONG USER I am not a programmer. I created a SourceForge login but end up in a vicious circle trying to contact someone. I use "Box" to sync my app backups but BOX is not an option.... only Dropbox. HELP!
Used for years and now won't let me open database synced to Dropbox on new phone. Says "Incorrect Password" and even after uninstalling and reinstalling several times no change. Frustrating to have put so much data in and not be able to use it. Contacted developer with no response.
