| 2024-12-06 |  | | Don't understand for my life why there aren't more sort options. This app forces me to scroll endlessly to the point of just pulling something out of my own freezer. If I could sort by distance OR by star rating, it would be a game changer. GrubHub does a better job with the search experience for sure. This app makes it harder to find food than finding a show on Amazon prime. |

Double dash feature lands on the screen under the phone navigation controls. Much of the app is poorly formatted for mobile. It's frustrating to use and sometimes I don't order at all because of that. |

You didn't need to ruin the product with this because you didn't have them before. Also the search and filter functions are pretty poor. I should be able to pull up favorites and then also block restaurants from showing up so I can scroll through faster when browsing. I ordered today and the order was 20 minutes late and the food cold. 🤬 |
| 2022-12-11 |  | | This was fine for a while, but now the Caviar app operates like malware on my phone. Opening it means everything on the phone will lag so badly the phone is useless. Including the keyboard. A colored dot appears over the self-facing camera each time the keyboard has to open. Ultimately I have to restart my phone as soon as I'm done with the Caviar app. I'm just uninstalling because I don't need this kind of aggravation. |

They marked both as complete without calling (as I put in my instructions), or sending a picture of where they put it. They delivered here, too, so it's not that the address was put in wrong. On the last one I watched the order status screen and saw the driver drive off in the opposite direction. 2 stars because getting refunds is easy at least. |

This year it tanked. 6 of my last 25 orders have had issues large enough to request a refund, and 3 of those were for entire meals that just never showed up. I watched one dude drive around with my pizza for over an hour and a half before literally just going home with it. I'm waiting for my latest refund, using the $10 credit I got for my $50 dinner not getting delivered, then closing my account. |

Plus, I love the step-by-step confirmation push notifications so you know your order is received and being made and on its way. Probably the only app that does this? Have only had tiny issues like one instance of poor driver tracking, and one time it wouldn't let me switch between previously saved payment options so I had to add a new one before I could move on. |

Lost an in progress dinner that never got delivered but was paid for. Chat support broken also, both in app and via web. Yikes. Update... they refunded my money a few days later. It's worked well since. It's best mostly good experiences since, too. |

Yes, it's more curated, and that means a smaller list of places to order from, but they're all high-quality restaurants. EDIT: Ever since this app was bought out by Doordash, the entire chain of service has gone down the drain. Bad UI, slow and poor service, no more curation. Skip this app unless you really need it. |
| 2020-10-23 |  | | So door dash, in addition to charging me a delivery fee, a service fee, a tip, and taking a cut of the sale from the restaurant also ended up losing my password. Now they bought caviar and it didn't take long for the nonsense to start. They recommend me a restaurant that is outside my delivery range and only told me at checkout. I look forward to them screwing up more and losing my password again. |
